Belinda is the Director of City Central Sleep Studies. She is an Accredited Clinical Physiologist (Sleep – Level 2) and Director on the Australian Council of Clinical Physiologists (ACCP) board.
In 2005, Belinda graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement Studies at the Queensland University of Technology. Following this, she worked as an Exercise Physiologist in a private Rehabilitation Clinic before moving into the Cardiac Industry, as a Cardiac Scientist/Physiologist, which subsequently led her into Sleep Medicine, having a personal interest in sleep disorders (particularly REM behaviour disorders).
Belinda has over 15 years of experience in the Sleep & Respiratory industry with both adult and paediatric populations. She has held various positions ranging from clinical, education, marketing, research, management, and quality control within both the public and private sectors of the industry. She has also had the opportunity to work in the industry in different cities within Australia, internationally in Vancouver, Canada, and Wellington, New Zealand.
She is a Technical Assessor with the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA), assisting with the accreditation process of public and private sleep clinics within Australia and New Zealand.
Additionally, in 2025, Belinda completed a Master of Business Administration through the University of Queensland. In her spare time, she pursues her love of Pilates, having completed a Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology.

Dr Christopher Padgham | Respiratory & Sleep Physician
Born in Western Australia, Dr. Christopher Padgham completed his medical degree at the University of Western Australia (UWA). Following his studies, a move to Queensland saw him immerse themselves in a diverse training environment, gaining invaluable experience across the state. He undertook advanced training in respiratory medicine in the Gold Coast University Hospital and Logan Hospital before completing a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Chris was admitted to the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2024.
Chris practices as a Staff Specialist at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and consults through Sunshine Coast Respiratory and Sleep, providing both in person and Telehealth reviews. He has a keen interest in both sleep and respiratory medicine in particular the management of hyper-somnolence and sleep disordered breathing in today’s society.
Chris is a member of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Australasian Sleep Association and the European Respiratory Society.
